In all honesty, this was something I drew throughout my University lessons to stop me shooting myself in boredom. And to help me recover after a 'certain person' made me want to kill myself after a lunchtime fiasco.
When I go through creating my project, I tend not to follow a stream or timeline. I get ideas that interest me and seem exciting and relevant at the time, find a place that would suit them in the story and plan away.
This 'storyboard' and I quote that because I may be doing more, involves the group following Lancelion's lead, as they will do. Through the Southern most part of Huntsfjord forest. A massive forest owned by Astrael, (which won't be revealed until the second part of the series, but nevertheless.)
One of your companions, should you have recruited him, called Axcelion, will question your authority as a leader, being the cocky bastard that he is, asking why Lancelion should be leading, what right he has, and if he's truly worthy of his 'skills'.
Lancelion stops and turns around, this is the pose he makes. Hand on the hilt of Chaos (which is slung across his waist, held by a organic sheathe that opens when he wants it to.)
I wanted to convey concern, angst and disbelief. You will then be able to choose whether to talk the situation out, or simply hurt Axcelion and prove your dominance, either with a slap, a slice across his cheek with the edge of Chaos, or by threatening him. The outcome will depend on your reaction, you will have to judge Axcelion's psychology to be able to determine the best way to sort out the predicament.
I chose this scene because I feel as if it's a good way to see what kind of characters you are working with. How they would react and so on.
Axcelion in actuality acts confident but is afraid of conflict. So the best way to assert your leadership is to indeed slice his cheek. It scares him and makes him back down. Talking to him will make him act childishly, slapping him will just anger him and threatening him will cause him to take on a sarcastic and unbelieving tone.
So yes. My project will hopefully create some characters for you to like, to love and hopefully dislike and hate. If I can make you feel for a character, negatively or positively, then I can say I did a good job! ^w^
Thank you very much! ^w^
Drawn over a random period of time. 1 and a 1/2 hours absolute tops.
(Should I make more storyboards? It is interesting? I don't know .w.)
And the idea behind it.
You did wonderful.
And I already feel for the characters I know.
