Very much a practise piece of Lael.

But finally I have started enjoying Digital art. I've been learning from the Concept Artist from Warhammer, his teachings and (especially) brush set have improved my confidence. This was done in half an hour, on three layers. Background, Lael herself, and then a colour overlay.

Lael didn't get much attention. No way near as much as her male alternative Lancelion.

No way near like my old digital art, but I never enjoyed them. This, I had great fun working on and helped me practise!

Now onto Lael herself. Who needs moar attention.

Lael is the male alternative to Lancelion as the protagonist of my project. You can choose which gender to play as.

Lael's appearance is customisable, but her default is this one. Long black hair and a golden ring in her lip.

She is my idea of female beauty, and whilst it sounds arrogant as all hell saying "omg, my work is beautiful." I don't mean in appearance, I mean strength. Too many female characters are looked upon as weak and rely on male attention and support. Lael is the opposite. I wanted to create a powerful female character that could rival the all powerful, all evil Lancelion in every aspect, physical strength, charisma, but obviously not personality. >:3

Girl's do not need big boobs, do not need big blue eyes and blonde hair to be considered beautiful.

Maybe her body should be more curvy, but I'm not sure, I'm not the expert
